Return / Refund Policy – Kisha Jewells
At Kisha Jewells, every product is crafted and packed with care. We want you to love your purchase, and this policy explains how returns and refunds work.
Eligibility for Return / Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
* You received a wrong product
* You received a product that is damaged or defective
* The size or design delivered is different from what was ordered
To qualify for a return/exchange:
* The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
* The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
* Unboxing video of the parcel is required as proof (mandatory for damage or mismatch claims)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
* Toe rings
* Earrings and ear accessories
* Personalized / custom-made products
* Items purchased during sale / special offers
Refund Process
Refunds are processed only when:
* We are unable to replace the product
* The product returned has been verified and approved by our team
Refund will be issued via:
* Bank transfer / UPI, or
* Store credit, based on customer preference
Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect.
Exchange Process
If the replacement product is in stock, it will be shipped after the original product is returned and inspected.
If it is out of stock, you may choose:
* A refund
* Another product of the same value
* Pay the difference for a higher-value item
Order Cancellation
* Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
* Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — but return eligibility still applies as per conditions above.
Important Note
Kisha Jewells reserves the right to approve or reject return/refund requests if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.
