* Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

* Custom / made-to-order items may take additional time. Customers will be notified in such cases.

Delivery Timeframe

* Standard delivery across India takes 5–8 working days, depending on the location.

* Remote or rural areas may require extra time.

Shipping Partners

We ship using trusted courier services to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Tracking information will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp/Email once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges

* Free shipping may be available during special offers.

* Otherwise, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD eligible only for orders below 1500/-

Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its delivery status at any time.

Missed Delivery / Incorrect Address

If delivery fails due to:

* Wrong/Incomplete address

* Phone number not contactable

* Customer not available during delivery attempts

Re-shipping charges may apply to send the parcel again.

Damaged / Tampered Parcel

If you notice the parcel is damaged, opened, or tampered:

* Do not accept the package

* Capture a video/photo and report to us immediately

This will help us coordinate with the courier team for a quick resolution.
